Have you ever taken time to spare a thought for the Soul? Being at the pinnacle of life implies that one has almost mastered both their body and mind. While this may seem like a trivial matter to discuss, it's worth noting that great masters of the past believed that understanding even the tiniest fragment of oneself takes many lifetimes due to their extensive experiences on the subject.
It is easy to casually state, "I am a Yogi. I meditate every day. I do Yoga every day." However, it takes true humility to admit, "I practice Yoga and meditation, but I find everything in life so vast that I must take baby steps to comprehend my body and mind. Understanding who I am will be a lifelong journey.
This is the quest of a Yogi and every great Master who teaches us not to let our Ego hinder the learning process. We must approach the classroom of life with humility, as we can learn profound lessons from the smallest of human experiences.
The key lesson of one lifetime is to open our minds and suppress our Ego. This mindset should be our everyday approach. Arrogance closes our minds, which leads to ignorance and wasted energy in unnecessary anger. Acknowledging that we may be wrong and constantly correcting ourselves humbly helps us realize that there is not enough time in one life cycle to fully grasp our entire being. We must embrace one small learning at a time.
While the physical body can be perfected in terms of muscle tone and appearance, many individuals with perfect bodies still long for something deeper and more meaningful. Perfecting our minds and inner selves is a lifelong challenge.
Having grown up with various teachings and asking numerous questions, I have realized that shedding different variations of myself has been crucial to becoming who I am today. I am still on a search, but at least I know how to shed previous versions of myself one by one. There is still a long way to go, and I invite you to join me on a journey of self-discovery. I will teach you how to shed one variation of yourself after another until you become a master of your own Karma.
Karma, often loosely used, simply means that every action, thought, or form creates an equal reaction. We continuously sow and reap the results of our actions throughout life. It's a humbling thought to realize that we have created the outcomes we experience. Every creation originates from a thought and then manifests into something tangible or an emotional experience.
I invite you to a 3-month program of self-discovery. Together, we will explore one variation at a time. Through weekly coaching sessions, I will guide you gently and respectfully towards freedom from life's bondages, be it in terms of your health, body, mental well-being, or life's journey. You can learn at your own pace and embark on a journey to discover your highest self. OM!
